Impartial advice is the whole business.

No provider, no commission, no script
We are not an approved installer for Sky, EE, TalkTalk or anyone else, which means the advice you get is about your building and your reception rather than someone else's sales target.
The awkward jobs are our normal jobs
High-height installs, scaffold-free access on period roofs, motorised dishes and foreign-language satellite systems are all routine work here. They are usually the calls that come to us after a provider has said no.
One visit wherever possible
Vans carry aerials, dishes, brackets, cable, connectors and meters, so the vast majority of calls are diagnosed and finished the same day rather than booked back in.

Calm, methodical, and explained as we go.

  1. Call or WhatsApp

Drop us a WhatsApp message or give us a ring. We will confirm your appointment and give you an honest idea of the likely cause and cost.

  2. We survey the signal, not the guesswork

On arrival we meter the incoming signal, check the existing cabling and look at what your roof can actually see. Sometimes the fix is a connector rather than a new aerial.

  3. The work is completed and tested

Aerials and dishes are aligned to the strongest stable signal, cabling is run tidily and weatherproofed, and every television is checked with you before we leave.

  4. You are left with something that lasts

We clear up, take the old kit away and explain what we changed, so if anything shifts in a storm you know exactly what is on your roof.

Straight answers, before you book

Are you part of Sky or an approved installer?

No, and that is deliberate. We are a fully independent company, so we can install, move or repair a Sky dish without the restrictions Sky's own engineers work under, and we can tell you honestly when satellite is not the right answer for your property.

Can you come out today?

Often, yes. Same-day appointments are available across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire when we have a slot in your direction, and storm damage is prioritised. Send us a WhatsApp message or call early in the day for the best chance of a same-day visit.

Do you charge for a quote?

You get a clear indication of price on the phone, free of charge, based on the property and the work described. If a site visit is genuinely needed to quote accurately we will say so before arranging anything.

My aerial worked for years and has suddenly gone. Do I need a new one?

Usually not. Most sudden losses come down to a corroded connector, water in the downlead, a failed amplifier or an aerial that has been nudged out of alignment by wind. We meter the signal first and only recommend replacement when the aerial itself is beyond saving.

Do you install foreign-language and motorised satellite systems?

Yes. Hotbird, Astra and other European satellites, motorised dishes that track more than one satellite, and multi-language receiver setups are all regular work for us, including in properties where the dish has to be sited discreetly.

Do you work on flats, pubs and commercial buildings?

We do. Communal aerial and satellite distribution, IRS systems, and multi-point installations for pubs, care homes, holiday lets and student properties are handled alongside our domestic work.

Tell us what your television is doing.

Describe the fault or the job and we will tell you what is likely involved, what it should cost and when we can be with you. No obligation, no pressure.
